Can I watch from different computers or phones at the same time?

Yes, when you subscribed on one computer/tablet/phone you can simply use the same credentials to watch on another device. You should bear in mind your access can be restricted when our systems detect abuse.

Do I need to download anything to view the video content?


You may choose to view content on the web if you’d like via browsers like Google Chrome. Please ensure you have a proper broadband connection for this video. We also offer apps on iOS, Android, AppleTV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV.

Can I stream Demand Africa on a big screen using Chrome Cast?

In such case you receive an automated email notification. You may need to update your payment information to continue access.

How do I update my payment method?

To update or remove your payment method to remove your credit card info from your account, please follow these steps:

-Input your new payment details and click “Save New Card.”

How to cancel my subscription?
