Jamaican Chicken Salad
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 6 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Clover Krush orange juice
- 1-1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 packet rocket leaves
- 1/2 orange, peeled and segmented
- 50g blueberries
- 50g raspberries
- 100g chicken breast, grilled
- Goats cheese, to serve
- Pecan nuts, to serve

Combine the turmeric, garlic, olive oil, Clover Krush, balsamic, honey and mustard together and mix well. Season to taste.

Arrange the leaves in a bowl and top with the orange segments, berries, chicken breasts, goats cheese and pecan nuts.

Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
