Braaibroodjie Braai-Off
- A loaf of brown bread
- Butter
- Mature Cheddar, grated
- Apricot Jam
- Onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper

Butter slices of bread on both sides.

Add Jam to the one side, then add onions, cheese and seasoning.

Close the sandwich and put on grid over warm coals, turning the braai broodjie every few minutes.
