Grilling Prawns

  • 1 stick of fresh rosemary per skewer
  • 4-5 prawns per skewer
  • 1 tbsp marinade per skewer
  1. Using a wet rosemary stick, pierce through the prawns to create a “rosemary skewer.”

  2. Grill prawns over coals at medium heat.

  3. Using separate brushes, lightly brush the prawns with the marinade continually for 4 minutes on each side until pink and tender.
