Mango and Coconut Smoothie
- 100g mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1 small handful ice
- 1/2 lime, juice only
- Sprig of mint

Blend the mango, honey, yoghurt, milk, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in a liquidizer until smooth.

Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
