Sweet Potato Chocolate Brownies

  • 2 Medium sweet potatoes peeled and chopped.
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 11/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Boil sweet potatoes for 5 mins, then mash

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth.

  4. Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper and spread the mixture our evenly

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
