Broccoli & Lentil Salad
- 1 cup grated raw broccoli
- 1 cup chopped celery
- cup chopped toasted walnuts or pecan nuts
- 1 piece of crumbled feta cheese (1/2 cup)
- 1 apple, grated with lemon juice to prevent browning
- 1 tin lentils, drained

Toss all the ingredients together to assemble salad.
