Coconut Chai Smoothie
- Vegan, lactose-free, all natural ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 30g dates, chopped finely and soaked in lukewarm water (to soften)
- 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
