Low-Carb Choc Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup dark choc chips
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup peach puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarb
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C

Combine almond flour, choc chips and flax seeds in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients

Combine both mixtures together

Using a tablespoon, scoop spoonsful onto ungreased baking tray

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
