Low-Carb Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup dark choc chips
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup peach puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarb

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Combine almond flour, choc chips and flax seeds in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients

  4. Combine both mixtures together

  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop spoonsful onto ungreased baking tray

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
