Post Workout Smoothie
- 1 cup low fat milk/ soy milk/ almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 14 strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of strawberry whey protein

Combine the ingredients in a blender then blend until smooth.
