Post Workout Smoothie

  • 1 cup low fat milk/ soy milk/ almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 14 strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of strawberry whey protein
  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender then blend until smooth.
